Kristine and I finished planting 2,500 two year old asparagus crowns (in between harvesting and delivering our first CSA of the year)...it takes three years before being able to eat.
The collards, cabbage, broccoli, kale, butter crunch and black seeded Simpson lettuce are looking great!
