Hello everyone! We have been so busy...planting,watering, harvesting,packing and delivering, Oh yes and don't forget picking off the tomato worms. We have not had time to blog.
Last week we had 22 round bales delivered (or about 10 tons of mulch) for the garden. Steve has been working very hard getting it put out onto the garden areas and around the fruit trees. We also re-designed the garden area behind the house with some new walk paths and rocks.
A lot of our red flint corn did not come up this year...we think the crows ate it. Steve has collected what little corn cobs did make it and dried them for seed this fall.
